Boom Operator/Sound Recordist
Experience in boom operation involves using a boom microphone, mounted on a pole, to capture high-quality audio on film or TV sets, positioning the mic close to the actors or action while staying out of the camera's frame, ensuring clear dialogue and ambient sounds are recorded. Experience as a sound recordist or location sound was responsible for overseeing the entire audio recording process, including managing boom and lavalier microphones, monitoring sound quality and levels, and ensuring the proper capture of dialogue, effects, and background noise during filming, all while preparing the audio for post-production mixing.
Grip & Electrical
My responsibilities as a grip included setting up and managing equipment that supports camera movement and lighting setups, such as dollies, tracks, cranes, and rigs. I also handled tools like flags, diffusers, and bounce boards to control and shape light, ensuring the environment matched the creative vision. Additionally, we work closely with the camera team, coordinating between the Gaffer with the Director of Photography to fine-tune the lighting and framing for each shot. This collaboration is a crucial part of bringing the Director's vision to life, helping to ensure every detail, from lighting angles to camera movement, gets executed seamlessly and efficiently on set.

My freelance videography involves cinematic video edits, event recap media, and music videos. I specialize in capturing the essence of special moments, whether it’s an organization event, a vacation, or a personal milestone, by blending dynamic visuals with a sound score. My work includes producing high-quality video content that resonates with viewers, from smooth transitions and creative shots aligned carefully with soundtracks. I also offer seasonal videos that capture the spirit of holidays or changing seasons, perfect for businesses or individuals looking to showcase their unique vibe at different times of the year. Whether it’s a short promo, social media highlight, or a longer-form documentary-style project, I try my best to bring a cinematic touch to every video I create.
